This little cookie goes by various names depending on the country where it is made—Sprit, Spitz, Swirl, or sablés viennois. Regardless of the country, it is a true delight. Easy to prepare, it makes a wonderful accompaniment to tea or coffee, or can simply be enjoyed on its own as a tasty treat.

At the same time, we’ll make coconut macaroons “rochers Coconut” offering a completely different flavor taste. It is a small pastry with a soft, slightly grainy texture.

A perfect activity to keep the kids busy during their summer vacations and the adults, too, of course. 😊
