Special Sauce Class NEW.

2-hr $100 per person.

You have often asked me in private cooking classes to make sauces. I am pleased to add a Special Sauces class.

I will teach you to master Béchamel sauce - Mayonnaise - Béarnaise sauce - Hollandaise sauce - Bordelaise sauce.

In addition to all these recipes, I will give you other recipes that we will not make on site but that you can make without me, such as Mornay sauce - Vinaigrette - Porto sauce - Pesto - Onion Confit.

I try to respect the environment and therefore rather than buying disposable packaging and increasing the cost of my cooking classes. I prefer that you bring your own.
I am sure that you have containers, jars, dishes, plates at home that you can bring to take away what we have prepared together.
