I moved to the United States in 2011. Cooking has always been a passion thus I decided to create Sylvie's Recipes to share this passion with you.

French Cuisine is very easy.

It is amazing what you can create with a few simple ingredients, and a little technique which I will gladly teach you.

I followed for 3 days a full training of Advanced French pastry course.

I am so proud of all I did and so glad to share with you my experience.

This is the place where I hold my cooking classes, I have a double oven, a large counter top and a lot of room to have up to 4 students at the same time.
