Puff Pastry ....

That will be a special class around 3hrs or so.

I'll teach you how to prepare a puff pastry dough.

In the meantime, we 'll prepare a "pâte à foncer" special dough for a Tomato pie which is not a quiche.

We will do this dessert/cookies Cornet stuffed with a delicious cream mousseline (more elaborated than a creme patissière).

Specific molds are necessary. I have some from France, the cost $20 for 10. May be you can find them by yourself on internet, if not let me know.
