Pierogi raviolis, this is not really a French recipe but one of my dear student for many years asked me to do this recipe because he loves it. This is a really great idea. I believe that will be also a great one for my foodie kids.
Pierogi ( pih-ROH-ghee) are filled dumplings of Central European origin, made by wrapping unleavened dough around a savory or sweet filling and cooking in boiling water, or pan-frying.
