This is a classic French cake. It is made with layers of Biscuit Joconde, soaked in coffee syrup, layered with black ganache and buttercream and covered with chocolate miroir.

That cooking class is good for advanced bakers not for beginners. My recommendation is being over 16 years old. This cooking class is not appropriate for a group class.
