Mini Cake Choco Mousse NEW

With this new mini chocolate cake, I want to work with insert - refrigerate - cover with ‘Chocolat Mirror”. This technique of inclusion and covering with chocolate mirror is very trendy in France because people want less sugar and lighter cakes.

For this mini cake, we will alternate chocolate cake - chocolate mousse and chocolate ganache. Perfect for chocolate’s lovers 😉. Covering with mirror chocolate will make an elegant mini cake that you will love to serve for Easter with a specific decoration small Easter eggs and a touch of gold leaf but also for all other events.

It is a more modern way of making cakes.

For this one, on demand only. I can substitute the all-purpose flour by cornstarch for GF diet.

We will prepare everything during the cooking class. You need to take home your little cakes and refrigerate or freeze.

The refrigeration process will be done at your home then, after a few hours, you unmold and cover with a chocolate mirror that we will have prepared together during the cooking class.

Nothing too complicated to do by yourself.

Even if it is not too complicated, it is only for advanced baker only - Adults only.
