For this class, I will show you how to prepare:
- A Pate Sucree, or sweet dough, which can be used in any fruit tart
- A Pate Brisee which is perfect for any type of quiche.
We will make little buffet quiches.
We'll work on baking a blind case for any seasonal fruit tart, and finally prepare a fruit seasonal tart with crème pâtissière; one of our basic cream recipe.
