It is a specialty of the South West region, the “Landes” close Bordeaux. This is an apple and Armagnac pie made with an ultra-thin dough. It is ultra thin and, superimposed in several layers in the mold, it has an irresistible light and crispy side. Since it is not easy to make this dough at home, the ideal is to use phyllo dough.
