I would like you to benefit of my training with French Pastry Chef Jean-Francois, and my last training in a French pastry school in Paris. I'll teach you how to make your own croissants, chocolate Pastries, puff pastry dough. They are my basis recipes for this class.
According to the season, I 'll suggest something different.
This is the opportunity to learn more Technics, cake more sophisticated but always doable at home.
A typical class would start around 11 AM and would finish around 4 PM. It will also include a light lunch.
